01 · Material & form
Specify the pure metal, alloy or composite, grade or standard, product form and required material condition. Identify purity or chemistry requirements where applicable.
02 · Drawing & geometry
Include the drawing revision, units, dimensions, critical tolerances, holes, threads, interfaces and surface finish. Mark the features that control fit or function.
03 · Application & conditions
Describe the use, working temperature, atmosphere, chemical exposure, electrical requirements or load. High-temperature performance depends on the operating environment.
04 · Quantity & delivery
State quantity, delivery destination, requested schedule, inspection documents, identification and packing requirements. Special requirements are reviewed in the quotation scope.

The quotation defines the agreed product and scope. Manufacturing details, price and delivery terms are confirmed for the project before an order is finalized.

Can you work from a drawing or sample?
Yes. Send a drawing, sketch or sample photograph with the material and intended use. Critical dimensions, drawing revision, tolerances and acceptance requirements need to be defined before manufacture.
Can I request non-standard sizes or machined features?
Include the dimensions and features in your enquiry. Plates, rods, crucibles, electrodes, furnace components and other custom parts are reviewed for the material, geometry and manufacturing route.
Which files can I attach?
The form accepts one PDF, JPG, PNG or ZIP file up to 10 MB. Put CAD files or multiple drawings in a ZIP. For larger files, email sales@bomometals.com and identify the product and drawing revision.
What if the material grade or inspection plan is not final?
State what is known and identify the requirements that need discussion. Add the application, operating conditions and any required reports so the quotation review can address those points.
Do I need an account to request a quotation?
No. Use your business email and destination country or region. We reply by email; you do not need to create a website account.
How we use your enquiry information
Your contact details, specification and uploaded file are sent to our sales mailbox to review your request, clarify technical requirements and respond by email. Please send only the information needed for the enquiry; do not include passwords or unrelated personal information.
The form does not publish your drawing in the website media gallery or create a customer account. If you need confidentiality arrangements before sharing detailed drawings, contact sales@bomometals.com first.
