BOMO METALS · CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Custom Metal Products & Components
BOMO Metals supplies custom refractory metals, other non-ferrous metals, metal alloys and machined components for industrial projects. Start with a material family or a component requirement, then define the grade, geometry, operating conditions and inspection scope for quotation.
Four routes to your custom product
Browse by material when your grade is known, or by component when you have a drawing. These categories connect material selection with manufacture; they are not a catalogue of fixed stock sizes.

Refractory Metals
Tungsten and molybdenum plates, rods, wire, tubes and fabricated parts for demanding thermal and equipment applications.

Other Non-Ferrous Metals
Niobium, nickel, tantalum, titanium and zirconium forms and drawing-based parts, reviewed against the required material specification.

Metal Alloys
MoLa, TZM, tungsten–molybdenum, tungsten–copper and tungsten heavy alloy options for application-led procurement.

Custom Machined Components
Electrodes, crucibles, furnace parts, fixtures and equipment components made around your drawing and service conditions.
Choose a material, a form and a manufacturing route
| Starting point | Examples to discuss | Information that guides the review |
|---|---|---|
| Material forms | Plate, sheet, foil, rod, wire, tube and blanks | Grade, dimensions, surface condition and intended further processing |
| Thermal components | Crucibles, heat shields, metal heating elements, racks and supports | Atmosphere, thermal cycle, charge material and assembly geometry |
| Equipment components | Electrodes, chamber parts, targets and drawing-based fixtures | Component function, mating interfaces, cleanliness and inspection needs |
The same component may be reached through more than one material category. Niobium and tantalum are also refractory metals; the non-ferrous category provides their primary browsing entry here. Pure tungsten, tungsten heavy alloys and cemented carbide are different material systems, so identify the grade required by your drawing.
From a material requirement to a finished part
Our manufacturing in Luoyang, China supports tungsten and molybdenum processing and custom metal component projects. The enquiry begins with your drawing or application requirements. We review the material, manufacturing route, critical dimensions and documentation before the scope is agreed.
A repeat part, replacement component and new design may need different inputs. For a replacement, include the original specification and service conditions; for a new design, identify which dimensions and surfaces determine its function.

Questions before you order
Do you supply standard sizes or custom products?
The website focuses on custom manufacture. Tell us the material and form you need, including any preferred standard. Available dimensions, quantity and manufacturing options are confirmed for the enquiry.
Can I enquire without a completed drawing?
Yes. A sketch, photograph or functional description can start the discussion. Critical dimensions, material grade and service conditions still need to be defined before manufacture.
How do I choose between the categories?
Use the material category if the drawing names a grade. Use custom machined components if the main requirement is a finished part. Related categories help you compare material and processing options without creating separate versions of the same product.
Tell us what you need to make
Email your drawing, sketch or application description to sales@bomometals.com. An incomplete specification is a starting point for discussion.
- Material or grade, if already specified; otherwise describe the application.
- Product form or component drawing, dimensions, critical tolerances and desired surface condition.
- Quantity for the first order and expected repeat demand.
- Operating conditions and any required inspection or material documents.
- Destination country, delivery location and requested schedule.
Dimensions, achievable tolerances, documentation, lead time and quotation terms are reviewed for the individual project.
