BOMO Metals is the website brand operated by 洛阳博钼新材料有限公司, based in Luoyang, Henan, China. For privacy questions, contact sales@bomometals.com.
Information you choose to send
Our quotation form collects the business email, country or region and product or component you specify. You may also provide your name, company, material or grade, quantity, requirements and an attachment. Detailed requirements and drawings are optional. Please send only information needed to review your project and remove unrelated personal or confidential information.
How we use enquiries and drawings
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, review materials and manufacturing requirements, prepare a quotation and discuss an order. Submitted enquiries are delivered to our sales mailbox. Access to enquiry materials is limited to sales personnel and technical personnel who need them for the project review. We do not publish submitted drawings on this website.
If a drawing is confidential or requires an NDA, contact us before uploading it so that the handling requirements can be agreed. Uploading a file does not itself establish an NDA or confirm technical feasibility, acceptance of an order or a delivery commitment.
Service providers and external contact links
Website hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver enquiries. Information may be processed in China and in locations used by those providers. When you follow a WhatsApp link or send an email, the service you choose also handles that communication under its own terms and privacy notice.
Retention
We retain enquiries that do not result in an order for 12 months. Information needed for an accepted order, accounting, a dispute or a legal obligation may need to be retained separately for the relevant purpose. You can contact us to ask about a particular enquiry or request deletion.
Analytics and your choice
With your permission, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits and the use of our enquiry and contact options. It can process browser and device information, approximate location and website interactions. Our enquiry measurement sends event labels for successful form delivery, WhatsApp clicks and email clicks; it does not include form contents, business email addresses or uploaded drawings. A contact-link click is not proof that a message was sent.
You can accept or reject optional analytics and change your choice using in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent enquiries. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months; essential site functions may use browser storage independently. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s processing.
Requests and corrections
To ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, email sales@bomometals.com with enough context to identify your enquiry. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. We will explain any information that must be retained for an order or other applicable obligation.

We may update this notice when our website or handling practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
