Molybdenum Heat Shields
Molybdenum heat-shield panels and assemblies for vacuum or specified protective-atmosphere furnaces. Provide the furnace layout, layer arrangement, material requirements, clearances and thermal cycle for a drawing-based quotation.
Molybdenum Heating Elements
Metal molybdenum heating bands, rods and drawing-based furnace heating components for defined vacuum or protective-atmosphere duties. Specify the element geometry, material, electrical requirements, connection details and operating cycle for review.
Material and application requirements
A furnace component must fit the thermal assembly and its operating conditions. Specify layer materials, connections, support and clearances with the thermal cycle. Metal molybdenum heaters are distinct from MoSi2 elements, and mixed-material temperature statements are not used as a general rating.

A material blank and a finished assembly need different specifications. State which dimensions will be processed later and which features must meet your drawing on delivery. For a replacement, send the original material designation and note changes to the equipment or operating conditions.
A practical starting point for custom procurement
You can begin an enquiry with a drawing, sketch or description of the application. Mark unknown details and provide enough context to review the material and part. Photographs help explain the shape or installation, but do not replace dimensioned requirements for manufacture.
Product pages provide the relevant customization inputs. Grade, achievable geometry, surface requirements, inspection documents and production scope are discussed for the individual project. We do not present one fixed tolerance, service temperature or lead time for all products.

- Material grade or standard, drawing revision and component function.
- First-order quantity, expected repeat demand and required inspection or material documents.
- Operating conditions, delivery country and location, and requested schedule.
